L3-4, 4-5 and L5-S1 discogram
Saggital fluoroscopic image demonstrating normal nuclear contrast filling pattern at L5-S1. Fissures and and annular filling pattern seen at L3-4 and L4-5. A discogram is usually performed prior to surgery when a fusion or disc replacement procedure is being considered.
