Acupuncture Shows Benefit for Chronic Pain

Acupuncture has been used to treat a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain.  In a new article from JAMA, researchers performed an individual patient data meta-analysis of acupuncture for chronic pain and found that acupuncture treatments reduced pain better than sham and placebo treatments.
